Hush Link INC. is committed to providing our clients with high-quality services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel a project or request a refund.
Cancellation: You may cancel a project at any time before work begins. If you cancel a project after work has begun, you will be responsible for the work completed up to that point.
Refunds: We will provide a full refund if you cancel a project before work begins. If you cancel a project after work has begun, we will provide a prorated refund based on the work completed.
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only available for the service fee portion of the project. Any third-party expenses incurred (e.g., stock photos, domain registration) will not be refunded.
